Now a days Time of India has started campaign to "expose" business of education viz. selling of medical and engineering seats in private colleges. It is being expressed as if something big scam has been unearthed. But matter of fact is that it is open secret and ALL middle class families aspiring engineering or medical seats know that seats are for sale! So many engineering colleges are mushrooming all over India not just like that. Management of all these colleges are pure busineesmen.
